Damit Sie Mitglied im Mieterschutzverein e. V. für Aachen und Umgegend werden können, müssen Sie unserer Satzung zustimmen.

The Mieterschutzverein e.V. for Aachen and surrounding area will only transmit your personal data to third parties:

  • if the transmission is necessary to carry out the service you wish to use.
  • if an auxiliary person, which we use in the provision of our services, requires specific data (such assistants are entitled to use the data only to the extent that this is necessary for the service, unless you are specifically informed otherwise).
  • to prevent an abusive use of our service, in particular the use in violation of the articles of association of our corporation in a legally permissible manner.
  • when an enforceable governmental or judicial order exists.

Right of revocation when joining the tenants' association Aachen via the online portal

Cancellation
‍You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract via the new member portal. This right of revocation is excluded if you have already claimed your rights as a member of the tenants' association Aachen.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your name, address and, if available, your telephone number and your e-mail address by means of a clear statement (letter, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the with drawal period.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
